We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery at tangelboutiqueresale@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
